South Dakota

This is Aaron at one of the rest stops in Minnesota. We decided to drive further north to get away from all the flooding in the plains. It worked. Been pretty weather all the way.

Whew.. Talk about driving.

If some of you have never driven across our great country, then you should do so. Just once. You miss so much if you take a plane.

I'm not sure the # of miles we have driven today, but its a lot. We are somewhere in South Dakota. Its 75 degrees outside right now and its about 11:32pm here. I've got the camper setup at about 15 minutes now... Water hookups, Electric, Sewer, unhook the hitch, drop the jacks, level it up, turn on the hot water heater.

Beats a hotel. Tonights fee.. 24.00 :)

Good thing too. Diesel is high here. 2.99 gallon.

We have a female with us. We call her lola. Here is her photo. She is very sassy. She tries to tell us what to do.

There was a bridge out and she still tried to tell us to go across it. Tisk Tisk. I feel like Robin Williams in the movie RV.

I will post more photos in the morning before we leave.

G'nite everyone!
